Once upon a time, we decided to grow some microgreens in our humble abode. Nous voulions offrir \u00e0 notre famille et \u00e0 nos amis quelque chose de frais, sain et abordable, mais nous ne savions pas que nous \u00e9tions sur le point de nous lancer dans une aventure folle et folle de culture de micro-verts.<\/p>\n

Nous avons plant\u00e9 notre premier plateau de microgreens, et c’\u00e9tait comme regarder la magie se produire. Un plateau s’est transform\u00e9 en deux, deux se sont transform\u00e9s en trois, et avant que nous ne le sachions, notre cuisine \u00e9tait une jungle de micro-verts. Nous \u00e9tions comme des micro-agriculteurs, sauf qu’au lieu de salopettes, nous portions des tabliers et des toques.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ils sont anti-inflammatoires, anti-\u00e2ge, neuro-protecteurs, anti-diab\u00e9tiques et anti-microbiens. Nous sommes \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s s\u00fbrs qu’ils peuvent aussi voler et exaucer des v\u0153ux.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, en d\u00e9cembre 2022, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de porter notre passion pour les micro-pousses au niveau sup\u00e9rieur et de la partager avec d’autres Montr\u00e9alais. Nous \u00e9tions pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer d’amateurs de micro-verts \u00e0 des bosses de micro-verts. Attention, monde !
