Once upon a time, we decided to grow some microgreens in our humble abode. We wanted to provide our family and friends with something fresh, healthy, and affordable, but little did we know that we were about to embark on a wild and crazy microgreen-growing adventure.

We planted our first tray of microgreens, and it was like watching magic happen. One tray turned into two, two turned into three, and before we knew it, our kitchen was a microgreen jungle. We were like microgreen farmers, except instead of overalls, we were wearing aprons and chef hats.
